Stud Services Contract

 We are happy to share our OUTSTANDING boys with select bitches of the same breed. All approved bitches must have all their health clearances and a clean bill of health from the vet, and we will need to see a copy of those. Our males are offered for Natural Mating; however, the bitch MUST have a letter from their vet, testifying to her perfect health and CLEAR of fleas, AND a NEGATIVE Brucellosis Test Result. This requirement is necessary in order to prevent that our boys get sterile or infected. And the bitch must be friendly & well behaved, as to not injure the male. 

For liability reasons, we do not offer boarding for bitches in heat, however we do offer to drive to your place if you live within 3 hours of where we are located. (Of course there will be a traveling fee for that)

Guaranteed semen. In the rare case that the semen doesn’t take on your bitch, we will offer a re-do mating, or a $ 2000 refund. Kindly remember that in order to get a refund or re-breed, the bitch owner MUST provide a letter from the vet, stating that the bitch is not pregnant. And in order to do a re-breeding on that same bitch, A letter from the female's owner's vet must first be produced, stating that the female is healthy & able to reproduce, for this to happen. 

  • If you only get a Singlet, the stud fee will be reduced to 1/4. (A letter from the vet, stating the numbers of puppies, must be produced before the reduction of price takes place.)

  • If you only get 2 puppies, the Stud fee get reduced to 1/2. (A letter from the vet stating the numbers of puppies, must be produced before the reduction of price takes place.)

 On all breeding’s, there is an un-refundable fee of $500 for the time spent doing the mating, however the remaining $2000 will be refunded if the bitch comes up empty. We will hold that stud fee money until the pregnancy is confirmed at no later than 30 days. At that time, we will assume that the bitch got pregnant if we did not hear from you. (Communication is very important to us) Only cash or Venmo, ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS! Occasionally we might choose to get “2nd Pick of the litter” instead of charging the stud fee.
